Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that order processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 1–8 business days from the date your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or holidays.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. From time to time, Glowelle may offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Glowelle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@glowelle.cc so we can attempt to update it before your order is dispatched.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Glowelle currently ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs processing.
